These terms apply to all purchases made under the DGE Double Feature. By placing an order during the offer period, you agree to them. Where these terms differ from our standard Refund & Returns Policy, these terms control for Double Feature purchases.

1. The offer

Buy any MP3 audiobook from Divine G Entertainment and get one Free Pick audiobook at no charge.

Paid audiobooks (any of these starts a Double Feature):

Free Picks (the free audiobook must be one of these):

The three Cinematic audiobooks (Money Grip, Money Grip 2, and Time Jack) are never free under this offer. A cart with two Cinematic audiobooks and no Free Pick receives no discount.

2. How the discount works

  • Add a paid audiobook and a Free Pick to your cart. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

  • You receive one Free Pick for each paid audiobook in your order. For example, two paid audiobooks and two Free Picks means two free items.

  • If your cart contains only one audiobook, no discount applies. The same audiobook cannot count as both the paid item and the free item.

  • The discount applies only to orders placed during the offer period. It cannot be applied to earlier orders, and missed discounts cannot be claimed after November 1, 2026.

  • If the discount fails to apply to an eligible order because of a technical error, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the difference.

3. Double Feature pairs

We also offer four ready-made pairs, each sold as a single product at a fixed price:

Pair products already include the Double Feature savings. They do not qualify for an additional Free Pick.

4. What is not included

This offer covers MP3 audiobooks only. It does not apply to audio CDs, paperbacks, eBooks, screenplays, or services. Those products remain available at their regular prices and follow our standard policies.

The Double Feature cannot be combined with any other discount, promo code, or offer. Free items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

5. Delivery

  • After checkout, you receive an email with a one-page access file (PDF) containing your download link(s).

  • The download link in your order email is active for 24 hours. Download and save your access file right away.

  • Save your MP3 files to your device or cloud storage. They play on any phone, tablet, computer, car stereo, or MP3 player, with no subscription or app required.

  • If you have trouble downloading, email us with your order number and we will help.

6. The 7-Day Listen Guarantee

If an audiobook isn't for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund:

  1. Email divinegentertainment@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

  2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  3. No reason is required.

Guarantee terms:

  • We refund the amount you actually paid, including any sales tax, to your original payment method.

  • We process refunds within 2 business days of your request. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post it.

  • Free Picks have no purchase price and are not refundable on their own. A refund of a paid audiobook cancels the Free Pick earned with it.

  • A pair product is refunded as a single product.

  • By accepting a refund, you agree to delete all refunded and associated free audio files from your devices and storage.

  • The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer during the offer. We may treat orders with the same name, email address, payment method, or shipping or billing address as the same customer.

  • Requests received more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible.

  • Orders placed during the offer period keep their 7-day guarantee even after the offer ends. An order placed November 1, 2026 may be refunded through November 8, 2026.

7. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the audiobooks. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, broadcast, or distribute the files, in whole or in part. All audiobooks remain the copyrighted property of Divine G Entertainment and the author.

8. Content advisory

Our novels are written for adult listeners. They contain strong language, violence, and sexual content, and some titles contain mature themes. Please review each product description before purchasing.

9. Pricing errors, fraud, and changes

  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price because of a website or system error.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders, or deny guarantee refunds, in cases of fraud, abuse, or attempts to get around these terms.

  • We may end or change this offer early for technical or legal reasons. Any change will not affect orders already placed.

10. General
